I must say I had high hopes for Viktualienmarkt, especially considering it being fairly close to Christmas. Maybe it was wrong of me to think there’d be more going on because of the upcoming festive season… Anyway, this November day it was very quiet, just a few stalls open in the permanent market buildings. With the selection being limited, and me not tempted by anything they had to offer, after a walk around the food market, I decided to look elsewhere for something to fill up on, and a hot drink to bring life back to my fingers. Better luck next time, I guess, or for the next visitor 🙂
