Yep, I found this adorable, little patisserie down an alley in Klaipeda, Lithuania. To be precise, in the Friedrich Passage, which seems to host a few restaurants too. Lalene stood out though, with its beautifully decorated outside, which matches the just as delightful inside, and also the exquisitely looking cakes. The latter making it very difficult to settle on what to get. Lots to choose from, all mouthwatering. After debating amongst me, myself and I, and with some input from the man behind the counter, I went for a strawberry and champagne flavoured, heart shaped cake, and a pistachio cake pop – believe it or not, I’ve never had a cake pop before 😀 Definitely not a bad first time!
