When you’ve got the taste of something, it’s kinda hard to stop. That’s what it’s like for me and white pizza these days. After having my first one in Oslo a couple of weeks prior, I was ready to got at it again, in Tromsø this time. When my local friend suggested going to Pastafabrikken while I was in town, waiting for my ferry to leave, I remembered having dinner at this restaurant a long time ago. The fact that the place is still in operation, should bode well for the quality. If I recall my first visit correctly, I found both the surroundings and the food better this time around. I definitely loved my pizza bianco, my friend loved her pasta funghi, and we didn’t hear any complaints from her 15 year old son 🙂 A brilliant way to kill waiting time, with food and friends.
