This Punta Arenas hotel is basic. No doubt about that. But with a location two blocks only, from the main square, and streets with shops, restaurants, cafes and the likes, it was an easy choice to make. When during your stay, you have an excellent heater, andhot water always in the shower, to keep you nice and warm while it is snowing, raining and windy outside, it solidifies your decision. When you in addition, are allowed to use the kitchen to make yourself a cup of tea, get help to contact the next place you’re staying at, superb restaurant recommendations, and immediately another room, when your flight gets cancelled, and you unexpectedly turn up at the door again, you’re sold! Staff, two thumbs up! Breakfast was included in my rate, but I never took advantage of that, except for the day of departure, when I grabbed the orange juice box provided, before heading off to the Bus-Sur terminal, and Puerto Natales.
