First of all, I’m no churro expert, but those I’ve had before and after can’t measure up to these ones, from Chocolatta in Punta Arenas, Chile. Sold in a batch of 4 I could choose between regular ones with powdered sugar and caramel filled ones. Not being able to come to a decision, I went with 2 of each. I gotta have it all 🙂 The regular ones were good, but the caramel filled ones – lukewarm heaven! This is rich stuff, so I gave half the takeaway batch to my hostel hosts. Not being able to forget these delights, I ended up going back for more. But when I got there the selection this chocolateria has is so tempting, that I had to give some other sweets a go. Chocolate covered marshmallows. Latin American dulce de leche, covered in nuts and chocolate. They do serve lunch as well 😉 I basically spent the afternoon having tea, satisfying my sweet tooth, and reading my book. Best chill pill!

Chocolate-covered marshmallows? Sound amazing! Who doesn’t like churros? 🙂
It was all good 😀
Caramel filled churros? That sounds divine. I have only had the ones that you would dip in chocolate (as served in Spain).
Dulce de leche is everywhere down there. A long as it isn’t too much I like it, like inside churros 😉 I don’t think I’ve ever had them dipped in chocolate, just covered in sugar.
Your description makes those churros sound heavenly! Glad you enjoyed them. #WanderfulWednesday
They were heavenly!! Miss them now, thinking about it 😀
