Haka Honu was on the list of the 4(!) good restaurants that my Easter Island (Rapa Nui) host gave me. This time I was only looking for a snack, to help me going until I was meeting newfound friends at the sunset plaza later in the evening. The Hanga Roa waterfront place was packed, which is always a good sign. I went with breaded jumbo shrimps, and also asked for the house dip, which apparently accompanied the complementary deep fried bread of some sort I also got. Not a big eater, so needless to say I was stuffed after I had finished it all. Just to clarify, there were more on the plates than what it looks like in the pics. I am not a minuscule eater 😀 Ok, some might say I am 🙂
