When looking for a place to stay in Baltimore, Maryland, I decided I needed something centrally located, downtown, close to the Inner Harbor. Realising there weren’t many budget options, I ended up at a Radisson hotel, a 10 min walk away, tops. Wasn’t hugely expensive, but more than what I usually pay. Now, checking out, I am very happy with my choice. After being on the road for 18 hours, the soft bed and a long, hot shower were just what I needed. With 33 degrees celsius weather, and Baltimore not having too much to offer me, I got a nice room to seek refuge in. The seasonal swimming pool unfortunately closed a couple of days prior to my arrival, so didn’t get to take advantage of that in the sweltering heat. For a moment there I considered using the gym 🙂 There’s a restaurant on site. And the tram to the airport a short walk away. It does appear a little bit dated/worn in places.
