So this one felt like a gamble. I was looking for a place to eat in Harstad. Looked up a list on TripAdvisor. Comments said: great food, customer service not the best. I figured I could survive bad CS as long as I got a good meal. After being seated for a while I was starting to think the reviews were correct, when no one showed up to take my order. When I approached the counter, I realised, you order at the counter, and you pay at the counter. Within a reasonable amount of time thereafter- yes, I was the only guest in the restaurant, but they did have several take-away customers – to my surprise, I got not what I had ordered. Hmm… Turned out the guy working the register had misunderstood. Also they were out of spring rolls. Instead I got two for the price of one. Not being a big eater I told them the second maki dish would be wasted on me, but they insisted. What I originally ordered, the Hot Philly, right in the photo, was nothing but superb!! The second dish was good too, I had to taste them 🙂 , but I was too full to manage more than one bite, and tuna is not my favourite ingredient 😉 , raw or cooked. All in all some hiccups, but sometimes all’s good when food is good!
