As I was on my way to the ruins of St. Paul’s in old town Macau, I happened to walk past this beauty. It dawned on me that I had read about it somewhere, but things can look completely different in real life than as writing on a piece of paper. Attracted to the colours of the facade, I was not able to pass by without having a peek inside. And I was actually surprised it looked like it did. I am not sure why though, because the interior definitely matches the exterior. I just know I loved the inside of St. Dominic’s Church – white, creamy, peaceful, calming, with a timbered, monogrammed ceiling.

I’ve often thought I’d like to have a book of beautiful churches around the world. They always seem to have such great architecture and detail!
You should put one together 🙂 I’m not religious in any kind of way, but a stunning church is really something.
