What comes after brunch? Dessert! Well, that’s at least how I do it on a day trip to Stellenbosch. On vacation there are no rules to be followed 🙂 In search of something sweet to have with my everyday mandatory cup(s) of tea, I found Creme de Levain. Felt a bit French, but why, I have no idea 😀 What I got though had not much touch of France to it. Flap jacks, as I’ve learned they’re called here. I call them American pancakes, small ones. With strawberry and cream ice cream. Nice! Better than strawberry ice cream. I love my life right now 😀
