The B+F Open Flame Kitchen is located at Kuwait City‘s swanky 360 Mall. And it definitely doesn’t put its host to shame! The interior is super cool, in some way it almost feels like a night club. Can be a bit hard to see what you eat, in the dark 🙂 On the menu you will find an international fare, and their take on fries is just to die for!! After you’ve sent them back to get (re-)heated… The sliders I had, was also less than overwhelming. Could be I just chose the wrong dish, because it is a very popular spot. There was a line, when my friend and I arrived in the early evening, so making a reservation in advance may be a good idea. We had to wait for 40 minutes or so, but didn’t have to wait standing in line. We were put on a list, and they gave us a call when the table was ready.
